British tenor and music hall performer, born circa 1887 in London; died 11 September 1946.
He was known as 'The Tenor with the Throat of Gold' and also used the name 'Paulo The Singing Clown'.
He released 44 recordings on the Regal label from 1916 to 1925 plus a further 5 with the Edison Bell Winner and Edison Bell Radio labels from 1928 to 1932.
